Lady Suicide is a selfish, depressive little sin... but she's the closest thing this story has to a hero so she'll have to do. There are many mysteries surrounding her, and quite a few folks have made guesses about her. I suppose everyone is just going to have to wait and see!

Megan was brought to Hell from earth in order to take over her father's position as the Hell Lord of Treachery. Before being brought to Hell, Megan was a student at the Lomonosov Moscow State University and a devout Atheist. She's not adjusting well to the fact that Heaven and Hell are real places, or that her father was a demon. Megan is adamant about getting out of Hell and back to her old life.

Elizabeth is in charge of Purgatory in the same sort of way that Satan is in charge of Hell. She was born a demon, but somewhere along the line decided that she wanted to live in Heaven instead so she was promoted. Now Elizabeth is tied to Purgatory; she will be able to leave and go to Heaven once Purgatory is empty. She still wears shackles from her time in Hell and has a nasty scar over one eye from fighting with angels. Elizabeth also seems to be close friends with Lady Suicide.

Age: ???

Art and literature has portrayed the infamous Mephistopheles as a fearsome and aggressive demon of temptation... In reality he is just Satan's highly overworked and under appreciated lackey. God only knows when the last time this guy slept was! Mephos is often seen with Thirteen, one of thirteen demonic stuffed toys Mephos keeps around to help with his work.

AKA - The Evil One, Lucifer,the Prince of Darkness, the Devil, et cetera.

Species - Fallen Angel/fluffy pink kitten

Satan is much more concerned with his credit score and the feng shuei in his office than the goings on in Hell. In fact, if you really want to piss him off, make him do some actual work. All he really ever does is push all his work on Mephistopheles. Nobody in Hell knows why Satan is a fluffy pink kitten, and nobody dares ask him.

AKA - Ned, Lady Lethe

Species - Badger Demon

Age: ???

Ned is as much of a mystery as the rest of the Suicide woods. She is the lord of the River Lethe, also known as the River of Forgetting. As such, Ned suffers from short term AND long term memory loss. Her personality is one so happy and cheerful, it's hard to believe she belongs in Hell at all. It is unknown as of now what the "N.E.D." sign around her neck actually means. It's assumed that N.E.D. is the initials of her actual name.

Species - Australian Cattle Dog (Red Heeler) Angel

A low ranking Angel, Axel is usually seen hanging around in Purgatory or in the mortal world with his wings hidden from view. His job is to watch over people and sway them away from actions that would send them to Hell. Outgoing, observant, and possibly flaming gay, Axel considers everyone to be his friend wither they agree or not. Close calls with various demons and a sincere dislike of dealing with belligerent Hell Lords have given Axel a wary outlook of the pits; its rare for him to venture down there.

Alex is the gender-confused Hell Lord of the second circle, the circle of Lust. He/She has spent God only knows how long doing nothing but trying to remember his/her own past and whenever s/he gets too terribly frustrated, massive storms appear that bash the souls of the second circle all about.

This Wolf/Goat Half serial killer has amassed quite a few Animal faces in his basement. Aside from his murderous tendencies, not much is known about him aside from him being a doctor of some sort.

Kuro, also known as "Kuro the Faithful" is one of twelve arch-angels that serve directly under a certain four Seraphim that serve directly under God. Kuro works for Suzaku, the fire Seraphim. A rare sight in Heaven, Kuro is a force to be reckoned with when angered and true to his name, he is fiercely protective and loyal to anyone he cares about; including the canine angels under his command. He is also in charge of recruiting new angels of the canine persuasion. Though his judgments regarding who would make a good angel and whom wouldn't have often come under question, Kuro remains steadfast in his decisions. Whenever he is not about (which happens quite frequently,) all of the angels under Kuro's command are to report to Suzaku.
